PaperCut: Hold For Authentication Error
After printing, there should be a printer icon that appears on your laptop’s toolbar.
After clicking on the printer icon, your print jobs will appear in a pop-up window. As shown below, the print job indicates that it is held up due to an authentication error.
To resolve this error, select the little refresh icon.
After selecting the refresh icon, it will prompt you to enter your GMail Username and your GMail Password.
Please make sure that “Remember this password in my keychain” is checked. This will allow you to skip this process in the future.
