When reporting a problem with your Internet connection, please include the following:
1.
- Room number (and building if you are not in your normal location).
- Date & Time the issue occurred

Application, URL or website, or other indication
of what you were trying to do.
- Close ALL applications.
- Open a browser with only one (1) tab.
- Go to speedtest.net
- Click Change Server and select Somerville, MA
- Click GO.
- Once the test has finished, hold down the Option key and click on the wifi icon in the toolbar at the top.
- Take a screen shot by holding both the Shift, and Command keys, and hit the '3' key.
- Attach the screen shot file on your desktop to the Help Ticket.
