If you have logged into the ticket system, and whenever you click on "m" it opens up a menu on the left of your screen then you need to enlarge your screen. You are currently in a "mobile" view, and the "m" works as the menu key.
Just resize your screen by either clicking on the green button on the upper left of your browser, or pull the screen out by using your mouse and grabbing the right edge of your browser and dragging it out.
