If your phone has a DND soft key you can toggle between idle and Do Not Disturb by pressing the soft key.
If your phone does not have a DND soft key you can activate DND by accessing a line and pressing *78.
Your phone will have an X beside your extension and will scroll the text “(X) Do Not Disturb” on the screen.
Deactivate DND by pressing *79
