1.  Click on Data - Filter VIews - Create new temporary filter view
   
   
   

2. Click on the dropdown arrow of the column header you wish to filter by and then choose Sort A-Z or Sort Z-A and then click OK
   
   
   

OR

3. Click on the column header you wish to filter on
   
   
   
   

4. Click on Data - Sort sheet by column _ , A-Z or Sort sheet by column_, Z-A
