There are 2 types of call transfer; Blind and Consultative (Warm) transfer. See below steps for
each type.
Blind Transfer
While on a call press the Transfer soft key* (you may have to press the "More" soft key).
*at this point the caller is on hold
Press the Blind soft key.
Dial the destination phone number followed by the "pound" (#) or number sign.
Consultative (Warm) Transfer
While on a call press the Transfer soft key* (you may have to press the "More" soft key).
*at this point the caller is on hold.
Dial the destination phone number followed by the "pound" or number sign (#).
Speak to the destination user to determine if they wish to speak to the calling party.
Press the Cancel soft key to stop the transfer and speak to the calling party again.
Press the Transfer key to connect the calling party to the destination user.
