Access a line to get dial tone (lift handset, press a line button, or press the speakerphone button)
Press the Voicemail soft key (below your telephone display screen. May show as “Voice…” or “Voice Mai”)
Press the star key “*” followed by your extension and the “pound” or number sign.
Enter your passcode followed by the “pound” or number sign.
